All you need is a cell phone or computer with an internet connection. The best part? NetBranch allows you to check your balances, make loan and FFCU VISA credit card payments, verify that drafts and debits have cleared, review account and loan history, view items pending in the ACH Warehouse deposits (direct deposit) and transfer money between your FFCU share accounts. Now you can even manage your finances easier with eAlerts to remind you of loan due dates, low balance alerts, cleared checks and authorized hold on your account. NetBranch is totally free to our members! There are no monthly fees or hidden costs. It is also available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For the protection of your account information, you must have an email address on file to sign up for NetBranch. If you do not have an email address on file, please call us at 989-759-1686 to set up your email prior to signing up for online banking.

No internet access? We’ve got you covered! Our Phone Teller 24 system is a menu run system which allows you to do different types of transactions on your account, such as checking your account balance, checks that have cleared your account, transfer money and make loan and FFCU credit card payments.
