In order to assist the U.S. Government in its efforts to fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, U.S. Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies persons and entities who open an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your legal name, physical address, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see other identifying documents. Family First Credit Union will also pull a credit report. Your submitted Membership Application is your agreement and acknowledgement.

If you wish to apply for a loan as well, please note this in the Special Instructions/Comments field at the end of the application and the Credit Union will contact you. There is no need for you to fill out a separate loan application as long as you include this information.
