FFCU's Teller 24 and NetBranch are convenient and easy ways to handle your finances from home, work or while traveling. All you need is a touch tone telephone or computer with an internet connection.
Both are confidential and safe, because only you have access to your passwords. Since all transactions are done between your own accounts, transfers to someone else's accounts are impossible.
The Teller 24 system is a menu run system which allows you to do more different types of transactions on your account and all without having to know any two digit codes. On top of savings, checking and loan transactions and inquiries, you will also be able to make credit card payments.
NetBranch allows you to check your balances, verify that drafts and debits have cleared, verify your account and loan history, and transfer money between your FFCU share accounts. Now you can even pay your loans, receive e-statements, or purchase new checks online!

NetBranch and Teller 24 are totally free to our members. There are no monthly fees or hidden costs.
Call either office today to sign up for Teller 24. Apply online today for NetBranch at https://www.netbranch.app.fiserv.com/FamilyFirst/. We will set you up with a PIN (Personal Identification Number) usually the same day we receive your request. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your PIN every 6 months.
